The HYPERTIX manufacturer warranty is aimed at wrap shops and business customers. Every HYPERTIX paint protection film comes with a metal warranty card: register the wrapped vehicle as a business and secure a 5-year manufacturer warranty on the film material — with free replacement material in a warranty case.
For purchases from 30 Sept 2026, the warranty applies exclusively to businesses within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), e.g. wrap shops and commercial installers. For purchases up to 29 Sept 2026, the previous terms (German) continue to apply unchanged. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

What the warranty covers
Your film stays as brilliant as on day one — we stand behind that for the entire term. If the material ever fails to deliver, we replace it under the warranty terms.
In a warranty case you receive new film material in the original dimensions — fast and straightforward via your warranty number.
A full 5-year manufacturer warranty from the day of installation — documented on your personal metal warranty card.

What does the HYPERTIX warranty cover?
The warranty stands for your film staying crystal clear and brilliant: it covers defined material defects of the HYPERTIX PPF films, in particular yellowing. In a warranty case you receive free replacement material in the original dimensions. Installation and fitting costs are not part of the warranty.
What do I need to do for the warranty to apply?
Three things: install the film professionally, register the vehicle as a business (with company name and VAT ID) within 30 days of installation and care for the film at least every 6 months with Shine & Slide (keep your purchase receipts).
How do I report a warranty case?
An email with your warranty number and photos of the material defect to jeromewitzki@gmail.com is all it takes. We review the case and send you the replacement material.
Do I need the warranty card number to register?
No — the number on your metal card is optional and only helps us with matching. What matters are your vehicle and product details plus the installation date.
