What does the HYPERTIX warranty cover?
The warranty stands for your film staying crystal clear and brilliant: it covers defined material defects of the HYPERTIX PPF films, in particular yellowing. In a warranty case you receive free replacement material in the original dimensions. Installation and fitting costs are not part of the warranty.
What do I need to do for the warranty to apply?
Three things: have the film professionally installed, register the vehicle within 30 days of installation and care for the film at least every 6 months with Shine & Slide (keep your purchase receipts).
How do I report a warranty case?
An email with your warranty number and photos of the material defect to jeromewitzki@gmail.com is all it takes. We review the case and send you the replacement material.
Do I need the warranty card number to register?
No — the number on your metal card is optional and only helps us with matching. What matters are your vehicle and product details plus the installation date.
