What sets HyperMirror One-Way Mirror Film apart
HyperMirror turns glass surfaces into one-way mirrors: as long as it is brighter outside than inside, the silver surface reflects both views and sunlight — from the inside, the view out is preserved. Street-facing offices, medical practices or homes gain privacy without needing blinds or curtains.
The second effect is measurable: 85 % solar reflection keeps a large share of the sun’s energy away from the glass, so rooms behind large glass fronts stay noticeably cooler in summer. 99 % UV protection additionally slows the fading of furniture and floors. The PET carrier material (75 µm) is designed for exterior installation and meets fire resistance class M1.
Supplied as sold-by-the-metre material from the 152 cm roll — enough for common window formats in one piece, without joints in the viewing area.

How the work is done
- 01 Clean the glass Clean the glass thoroughly with cleaner and a squeegee, wipe out the frame edges.
- 02 Cut with excess Cut the film 1–2 cm larger and only trim it flush after installation.
- 03 Apply wet Spray glass and adhesive side well, place the film and align it.
- 04 Squeegee out the water Work from the centre to the edges with a soft squeegee, then trim the edges.
Frequently asked questions
Does the mirror effect also work at night?
At night the light ratio reverses: if it is brighter inside than outside, people can see in. The effect always depends on the brighter side.
Why exterior installation?
Applied outside, the film reflects solar energy before it heats the glass — this lowers the thermal stress on the pane and maximises heat protection.
