What sets Hyper Trim Squeegee Edge Sharpener apart
Squeegee edges wear invisibly: micro-nicks from everyday use leave fine scratch marks in the film on the next job — and the culprit is rarely identified. The Hyper Trim ends the problem at the root. The squeegee is pulled once through the concealed precision blade, and the edge comes out tapered, smooth and burr-free.
This extends the life of any plastic squeegee many times over and at the same time makes the edge sharper than it was from the factory — thinner drawn-out edges push water out better. The blade sits protected in the robust housing and can be replaced if needed. The tool is not intended for metal or rubber squeegees.

How the work is done
- 01 Position the squeegee Lay the squeegee edge flat in the guide.
- 02 Pull through once Pull completely through the sharpener with an even stroke — do not stop.
- 03 Check the edge Test the result with a fingernail: smooth and burr-free? If not, one more pass.
Frequently asked questions
How often can a squeegee be sharpened?
Until the squeegee material is used up — each pass removes only tenths of a millimetre. Common squeegees survive dozens of sharpenings.
Does it work with any squeegee?
With almost all plastic squeegees. Rubber and felt edges as well as metal squeegees do not belong in the sharpener.
