What sets HyperBlade Box Blade Disposal Box apart
Used blade segments are among the most common causes of injury in wrapping businesses — loose in trouser pockets, on workbenches or in the waste bin they are unpredictable. The HyperBlade Box removes both risks: its 3 cm wide metal edge snaps dull segments off in a controlled way, and the segment falls straight into the closed collection container.
At 6.7 × 4.1 cm, the yellow box fits in any tool bag and is quickly spotted thanks to its signal colour. The robust plastic body keeps even a full box safely closed — at the end, the whole box goes into general waste without anyone coming into contact with the blades.

How the work is done
- 01 Insert the segment Slot the dull blade segment into the slit of the metal edge.
- 02 Snap off in a controlled way Tilt the knife — the segment breaks at the predetermined point and falls into the box.
- 03 Full = dispose Dispose of the filled box completely and securely closed.
Frequently asked questions
Which blades is the box suitable for?
All common snap-off blades — 9 mm as well as 18 mm; the metal edge grips the segments securely.
Why not just snap them off with pliers?
With pliers the segment flies off uncontrolled. The box snaps and catches in one step — no searching, no risk.
